Investigate if we can determine failures in sending Sentry reports #121
Description
Context, some User Reports do not appear to get sent to Sentry; it would be good if we could at least determine in our code where this could happen - can we simply try/catch the sendEvent method? If we did catch this edge case, how could we report it since it is possible that our entire connection to Sentry is not working possibly due to VPN issues et?
