Add option to filter issues/PRs

I would like options to limit the displayed issues/PRs by the following criteria:

- issues/PRs I subscribe to
- issues/PRs I created
- issues/PRs I am assigned
- etc

I would love to, for example, be able to see only PRs that I created or am subscribed to!
