Wrong release tag v12.1

I think you might have accidentally created the wrong release tag: v12.1 (https://github.com/staudenmeir/laravel-cte/tree/v12.1) does not seem right when the previous version was v1.12.1 😅

Thanks, yeah, that was an accident. I deleted it right away, but that didn't work, apparently. I'll have to check if I can delete it now or if that causes issues for users who installed it.
