edit_url not working on one site

Hi

One of my local websites won't output a link to the CP when I use edit_url

This is what I'm using, it works on other sites

{{ nocache }} 
	{{ if logged_in }}
		<a  target="_blank" href="{{ edit_url }}">Edit Page</a>
	{{ /if }}
{{ /nocache }} 

I've turned off vite and cleared cache php artisan optimize:clear

But the link doesn't work?

Locally I'm not using cache STATAMIC_STATIC_CACHING_STRATEGY=null

The link does work if I remove the nocache tags

Has this behaviour changed in a recent update?
