Issue confirmed. Most clients seek a SW on every timestep, but some have 0 lifetime SW partners at the end of the sim when using default pars.

This appears to be because the default sw_seeking_rate is 1. The agents marked as clients that don't have any sw partners are not active and record 0. My test simulation also didn't include any demographics modules so by default use_aging=False and the inactive agents are not aging into active status.

Changing sw_seeking_rate and enabling aging restores the variability I expected to see. The only action to consider here would be to reduce the default seeking rate.
