pypi release

For the first pypi release we need to:

• Settle on build in pyproject.toml
• Clean up documentation on Migrator classes
• Remove extra files (e.g. zombiesim data)

Consider:

• Use python-dotenv for handling API keys
• Add original behavior for handling the diff (diff construction and then filtering rather than filtering and then handling diff construction)
