Description

On startup, starlake.sh check the last version on maven repository and parse the result using "jq"

This fails if jq is not already installed.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch a fresh WSL on Windows
  2. Launch starlake.sh for the first time
