Repo for Nginx helm deployment

In https://github.com/starburstdata/starburst-deploy/tree/main/helm/starburst-with-biac, we had an issue with nginx deployed from https://kubernetes.github.io/ingress-nginx , instead we have used https://helm.nginx.com/stable and it works better
