This seems to be related to this StackOverflow answer, which says that cached_download has been removed from new versions of huggingface_hub and recommends installing an old version of huggingface_hub as a workaround (pip install huggingface-hub==0.25.2). Could you try it out and see if it works for you?

The long term fix is to remove calls to cached_download and bump the required version of huggingface_hub in our dependencies.
