Android tag nesting failure. Total reload?

Hi. I have Standard Notes synced between 3 computers and 1 Android phone. Everything is fine on the computers, but on the phone the tag tree is having nesting problems. Some tags nest properly, but lots of them display at the root level even though they should be nested.

This began when I some sync issues after trying and failing to add too many notes (from Evernote) and getting some manner of quota exceeded situation. The PCs seem to be fine now, but I think that the phone has just not really been able to sync everything into an up to date state.

I have logged out and in and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the phone with the same results. I am wondering if there is something cached on the phone that I might be able to delete to insure that I am getting a truly fresh install and data download.
