I am trying to contribute to the repo but the CONTRIBUTIONS.md file doesn't contain the commands for starting the CLI in the local development mode.
It can be better if we add the following commands to the CONTRIBUTIONS.md.
pnpm build
cd apps/cli
pnpm dev -b
