Add details about the Clarity VM version (current vs. wasm) in /v2/info. This will help us distinguish the 2 Testnet versions easily.

Since clarity-wasm has started validating a possible release candidate, having this version information in the v2/info endpoint would be helpful to distinguish the underlying Clarity support running on a node. Assigning it to myself to keep track of and work on it.
