Give users the ability to crop/reposition profile picture #2055
Description
Currently users cannot crop or change the position of the profile photo they upload on the Identity tab of the Blockstack Browser. This feature would be nice to have in case the default cropping/ positioning of the profile photo needs to be adjusted.
