setting to disallow post/comment subscribers

I think this might be nice from a privacy/comfort pov. not a huge priority, but I would like to have the option to not be shadowed very easily.

If someone enables this setting, would it remove any existing post/comment subscribers?

It wouldn't remove the subscriptions - just disable the notifications for them until the setting is reversed.

That might be confusing for the subscriber so it might be nice to have a disabled pill next to the disablers nym in the subscription list.
