Add support for connecting to Apache Phoenix data sources (https://trino.io/docs/current/connector/phoenix.html)

We have created a branch with a poc for the connector.

@sbernauer could you please add some details here what needs to be done?

I haven't really looked into this yet, i only now the contents of https://trino.io/docs/current/connector/phoenix.html and nearly nothing about Phoenix. Maybe we want a discovery CM for a Phoenix installation, on the other hand i don't even know if you need to specify "pls enable phoenix" on a Hbase Cluster.
Some sort of understanding that the hbase is phoenix-enabled in the HbaseCluster combined with a Phoenix discovery CM sound like a good idea to me, but I think @adwk67 knows that far better.
This might need an ADR first (how to discover phoenix). I fear at the moment I would need to dig into it before coming up with details on what needs to be done

With that in mind it's also hard to estimate the needed effort (regarding your size/S label :) )

@snocke snocke removed the size/S label Dec 14, 2022

So far the POC worked fine.
I created an additional ticket with the properties needed to get it working.
