Future of Advanced Free-Text Search #15
Description
There are various opinions out there about the future of Advanced Free-Text Search.
A lot of discussions are in #13. I couldn't really see a consensus on the PR yet, so the floor is open for discussions.
Potential options:
- Potential deprecation and removal
- Split into two repositories, but keep extensions as is
- New version that makes advanced and basic compatible
- New version that aligns with another syntax (Lucene?)
- New version that some integrates with the Filter extension (?)
- ...?
