Error when dynamically changing gNB tx power with tx_power command

I'm following the "srsRAN gNB Handover" tutorial, and trying to dynamically adjust the tx gain using the gnb's "tx_gain" command to force a handover.

I'm using a N310 URSP. After succesfully starting the gnb software, I try to change the N310 tx power by typing 'tx_gain 0 35' (to lower the tx power of the N310's RF port 0 from 65 dB to 35 dB), but I get the following error:

Is it possible somehow to change the N310 tx power dynamically? Some experience?
