Indexes for persons and places

@wsalesky when it's convenient, can you please update the persons and places indexes here: https://github.com/srophe/syriaca/tree/main/documentation/indexes. 

Also, we no longer need the subjects index or either taxonomy index. That is all now in the RDF XML for the taxonomy in syriaca-data. Thanks!
