Footnote display #267

Description

@jedwardwalters

@wsalesky There are two issues regarding footnotes that I'd like to ask about. Both can be seen on this page: https://syriaccorpus.org/686

The first issue is that the editor of this text would like to have two separate sets of notes: one set for textual variants, and another set to show where the page breaks are in the manuscript. I know we can use instead of for that, but the display for is quite disruptive and unappealing (and at some point that display changed from how we originally had it). You can see the two types of notes in the example text linked above because some are labeled with numbers and some are labeled with letters.

So, first question: is there an easy way to set up a dual note system that separates these?

The second issue is about the placement of the footnote number/letter in line with the text. No matter what I do with the spacing in the XML document, the footnote reference number ends up sort of attached (without spacing) to the word after the word it is referencing. And there is a space between the word and the footnote. I think you'll see what I mean in the example text if that description isn't clear.
