Opportunity to learn from wrong answers

Currently in the case of a wrong answer the buttons flash red and yellow very briefly before the screen changes to another question. It's virtually impossible to see it properly.

I think it would be nice if the "wrong" screen would actually pause. And it could also show a brief explanation so the player can learn from it.

Not hard to implement. If someone is interested on it, please install Unity3D, checkout the project and play with it! :)
