Is it possible to reference certain TAG from the .md file?

When I click the tags on top of any docs page it redirects me to the listing where the TAG is used. Could I also somehow reference any TAG in the .md file which would automatically redirect me to the listing (as is done with the tags passed via metadata)? I dont want to need to specify the url for this if possible.
