Investigate Id generation [DATACASS-794]

Cassandra has generally no means to generate Id values as they key is expected to be provided. For cases where the identifier is a monotonicaly incrementing value (e.g. long id) or a UUID, we could attempt to generate those values.

The id value could be backed by a counter table, while UUID's can be generated randomly.

We should investigate whether it makes sense to generate identifiers
