Missing Links

Hi,

after reading Part 2. I think some links are broken..

Unresolved directive in hypermedia/README.adoc - include::src/main/js/app.js[tag=update-page-size]
or
link:src/main/js/app.js[]
or
link:src/main/java/com/greglturnquist/payroll/EmployeeRepository.java[]

Even I'm eager to read part 3, 4, and 5 where I miss the links too.

Could you fix it, please?

I know this is far from optimal but you can browse through the source code and search for the tags.
