Cannot choose another Payment method after having choosed Paypal then canceled

Hi,

Here are the steps to reproduce my issue (using spree 2.0.3, spree_paypal_express 2-0-stable, but I saw this error in 1.3 too) :

• create an order, choose Paypal payment.
• on paypal website, click "cancel..." (i got the text in french so I cannot be precise)
• now you are back on the payment checkout page, choose another payment gateway, then click "save and continue"
• you should have an error message saying "Payment could not be processed, please check the details you entered"
• if I try again with the other gateway, I got 500 error and the order is deleted (cart and everything).
