2.4ghz 40mhz channels seem to create excess sae mismatch errors

seeing mismatches on 40mhz channels with the mt7916 card and 40mhz. as a temporary workaround, set the channel to 20mhz and hit save

there may be a bug with he_oper_centr_freq_seg0_idx for 802.11ax + 2.4ghz or with op_class
