Add rows_per_team argument to the cfbd_stats_game_advanced endpoint on CFBD

Would it be possible to add the "rows_per_team" argument to the cfbd_stats_game_advanced endpoint? This same argument is in the cfbd_game_team_stats endpoint. It would make joining them much easier.

@Kazink36 forgive my ignorance as I don't know, but how and when are enhancements addressed?
