Is there a way to "goto" specific time when play?

Lottie provide a way to go to a specific frame, It's really convenient to manual control animation progress, It there a way in Spline to do something like this?

lottie.goToAndStop(currentFrame,true)

My Scenario is to making a website homepage, when the homepage scroll down, it will control a Spline Scene to animate.
