    D4.2 Planning tool (T4.1–T4.6) Final version: feedback integrated (TNO) (OTHER/PU, M38) D4.3 Online documentation of the planning tool (T4.7) (ER) (OTHER/PU, M38) The third phase, starting at M28, is led by the demonstration and validation cases – they will provide feedback to all the tools– both in terms of usability and defects but also functionality whenever that is found lacking. **The final versions of all the tools (D4.2) and their online documentations (D4.3),** with all the feedback incorporated, the delivery of the results from the validation and demonstration cases as well as a working certification process.

  • Milestone 3

    **M3: SpineOpt ready to run demonstrations** Means of verification: Demonstration task leads evaluate that SpineOpt has the needed functionalities This starts the second phase where the further development of the planning tool will be based on the entire workflow. At the end of the second phase, all tools will be ready for the demonstration cases. Component tools, which are independent of each other and hence can be developed fully in parallel, have D2.1 to mark readiness to produce the Pan-European dataset three months later at MS4. Similarly, system tool has D3.1 where all essential functionality is working so that the planning tool can be **fully integrated with the system tool at MS3.**

  • Deliverable 4.1 - 1st Version

    D4.1 Planning tool (T4.1–T4.6) **1st version: all structural changes implemented** (TNO) (OTHER/PU, M15+3 extension) Includes: All except T4.7 The first phase begins by developing detailed user requirements for the Mopo tools based on discussions with internal and external end users (T5.1) as well as recognised development needs in this proposal and in the Spine project roadmap (Spine D7.8). Then, by M15, component tools are scheduled to create data in the appropriate format (MS1) and the **system tool needs to have structural upgrades finished to enable data imports** from the component tools (MS2). This starts the second phase where the further development of the planning tool will be based on the entire workflow.

    The purpose of this milestone is to synchronise with toolbox milestone 1.0 https://github.com/spine-tools/Spine-Toolbox/milestone/5. This will track the implementation of the first batch of major features and enhancements delivered with the help of Mopo project resources.

    The purpose of this milestone is to synchronise with Toolbox's 0.7 milestone and create a stable pre-release version of SpineOpt that works with V0.7 of toolbox. This milestone will prioritise high-value items that have been on our to-do list for quite some time along with bug fixes, stability improvements and performance improvements
