[bug] Reverse Shell fails

Describe the bug
Launching the "reverse shell" first party tome against Windows systems did not work. Tome would run indefinitely, and refreshing the page would not show the "Join" shell item.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch the "Reverse Shell" tome against a Windows system.
2. Wait and refresh the page.
3. Tome hangs and shell is not opened.

Expected behavior
Once the shell has spawned, the user is able to "join" the reverse shell, similar to Linux systems.
