XML files uppercase lowercase name issue

Hi Patrick, still Merry Christmas!!! 🎄

I remember that you already fixed the issue of reading lowercase/uppercase files, however I moved the files (I was working on) from the usb exfat drive to the Linux ext4 filesystem and the issue still persists.

Here is the thing I was acceding these files from the usb drive (exfat) without issue, regardless uppercase and lowercase letters; now that I moved the files on my laptop drive (ext4) the issue is suddenly reappeared.

Now I do not remember if I must enable an option cause that information is on my working email and I won't access to it till next week.

The behavior is the same for Version: 4.15.18 regular and pro!

Is the file that is not found in a recursive file list or loaded with a full path outside of a recursive list?

The file is called with a relative path into recursive directories, to be more precise:

I load this main data file:

Each sec#.xml file loads other external xml files:

The file is read only if the case match, if for instance the above entry is written Hdmi-0102-4.xml, Publisher returns an error and exits the process.

The ignore-case switch only works for the "recursive file list", not for relative or absolute paths. So <xi:include href="sec/02/hdmi-0102-4.xml"/> will always be case sensitive. This is an undocumented limitation, I have never thought about this use case.
