Automatically refresh in a new "fresh" mode?

Would be nice if instead of coding ->newScreen if we could just put the interface in a "fresh" mode like a music player app goes into repeat and each request clears everything to only show that request. After x amount of seconds.. start new screen if request comes in. 2-3 second threshold could assume its not part of previous request. Maybe a 🔁 icon
