I want to add support for laravel 9.*

Hi,
I want to allow users of my package to use it with older laravel 9.* So I want to run tests also for laravel 9.*, but I am not sure how to update .github/workflows/run-tests.yml

I updated only laravel: [10.*] to laravel: [10.*, 9.*] but I got this error:

You have to use different testbench version for Laravel 9:

include:
          - laravel: 10.*
            testbench: 8.*
            carbon: ^2.63
          - laravel: 9.*
            testbench: 7.*
            carbon: ^2.63

thanks, it helped. I move forward, but I have to add also:

        pest: ^1.22

but I also need to add "pestphp/pest-plugin-laravel": "^1.4" I tried this:

      - laravel: 9.*
        testbench: 7.*
        carbon: ^2.63
        pest: ^1.22
        "pest-plugin-laravel": ^1.4

and this:

      - laravel: 9.*
        testbench: 7.*
        carbon: ^2.63
        pest: ^1.22
        "pestphp/pest-plugin-laravel": ^1.4

but it looks like it was ignored:

Error: Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - pestphp/pest-plugin-laravel[v2.0.0, ..., 2.x-dev] require laravel/framework ^10.4.1 -> found laravel/framework[v10.4.1, ..., 10.x-dev] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (9.*).
    - Root composer.json requires pestphp/pest-plugin-laravel ^2.0 -> satisfiable by pestphp/pest-plugin-laravel[v2.0.0, 2.x-dev].

Is there a different syntax for package with dashes (-)?

Perhaps, you need to add following to your composer.json file's require-dev section of your package.

"require-dev": {

        "orchestra/testbench": "^7.7|^8.0",

some package has version conflict with Laravel 9/10 so that you need to add something similar to above if other dependencies complaining their conflicts.
