I am using PhpStorm and when pushing a new package to my repo I get this message
[remote rejected] (refusing to allow an OAuth App to create or update workflow .github/workflows/run-tests.yml without workflow scope)
I did add workflow in my Token in GitHub and regenerated the token, but still same problem
