Enable teams by default

1. It seems simpler to have teams enabled by default and if you don't need teams, then you have only 1 team and it is by default setPermissionsTeamId(1) which the Permissions service provider can call internally
2. This way, projects can grow without having to take some unusual steps to convert tables when they wish up add team features
3. More specifically, what I'm suggesting is to relieve developers from having to make this decision at the onset as they might not be familiar on how to reason if they need teams or not
4. Or are there some kind of performance considerations that I missed?

I don't see it as feasible, the "1" will be a foreign key that does not exist and possibly will not exist in most cases, teams is a feature that is not used much

1. get/setPermissionsTeamId() accepts integers and do not require a model to work, if you are not using teams, it is transparent. What is the (performance) impact that the foreign key does not exist?
2. Can you define how not used much was determined?
