Upgrade to v4 - now can not serialize Model ? (Serialization of 'Closure' is not allowed)

Hello,

Love this package! We upgraded to V4 but now the model can not be serialize (in Job eg) as this line breaks it:

->setDescriptionForEvent(fn(string $eventName) => "Manual **:subject.name** has been {$eventName}.");

When I remove it I can do it again? this seem to be only issue on SYNC ? But test uses that :(

How to get around it?
