Trigger notification only on specified app environments

Allow specifying which app environments should be allowed to trigger the specified notification channel on configuration.

For example: Send slack notifications only for errors coming from the production environment.

In the latest version of Flare, each project is designed for a single environment. This allows for easy configuration of notification settings specific to each environment.
