Controlling the stroke width inside the rectangle

Is there a specific parameter I can use to control the line thickness inside of the square?

Ideally, strokeWidth would control both the outer rectangle's width, as well as interior lines.

Example of the discrepancy I mentioned:

It used to change both the outline and lines within a symbol, but with changes made in milsymbol 3 that behavior stopped since it made a lot of symbols unreadable among other things. It should be possible to implement again, I think, but I don't have a plan for it at the moment.

Current workaround is a brute force search/replace for the default stroke width (which is set to 3):

const symbol = new ms.Symbol(...).asSVG()
symbol.replace(/stroke-width="3"/g, `stroke-width="${INNER_LINE_WIDTH}"`)

Seems brittle however, so I'd prefer to open up a PR that supports an innerStrokeWidth value, or a consistentStrokeWidth boolean that sets the inner stroke width to be the same as outer.

Can you point me to the general area where this impacts the resulting SVG? My guess is here:

The thing is that I don't think it is an exposed function you can override, and it is a bit tricky to get a variable all the way there.
