Is there an existing issue for this?

Current behavior

When launching or relogging into the application and when we open any workspace, by default, no environment is selected. We should automatically select the first environment from the list to ensure better experience.

Secondly, by default one environment should be available for new workspaces as well.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Logout of Sparrow
  2. Login again
  3. Open any workspace
  4. Observe no environment is selected

Windows 10

For Login, Instead of selecting the first environment from the list, I think we should select his last selected environment while logout. We should store his workspace settings in DB and apply on login.
Thoughts @gc-codes ?

As mentioned Secondly, by default one environment should be available for new workspaces as well.
We are tracking feature of providing default workspace items in this issue #2848
