MQTT QoS tag in main.py

Referring to an observation that in client.publish(prefix + "as7341/", payload, qos=1) in the main.py that gets uploaded to PI PICO W, the execution time (e.g, evaluate(sdl, {"R": R, "G": G, "B": B})) is approx. 1-2 seconds faster.

Maybe setting qos=0 on both ends would reduce the time, but I'm not sure what the minimum achievable latency is with the current setup.
