likwid-topology CUPTI aware installation

In the current situation, probe.py assumes likwid-topology is installed as CUPTI linked. But if there is no CUPTI link, probe.py will fail.
For the moment, I am leaving CUPTI to automatically detect or give up but it need to be prompted to user then could be asked if 
wanted and if wanted  CUPTI path should be asked
