quicksync docker container build #20
Description
request for a docker for quicksync, mostly for convenience reasons and keeping host system clean.
looks like post-rs dockerfile could be reused with only minor changes.
alternatively, include quicksync in the go-spacemesh container as per other utils like merge-nodes :)
