Integrate Finished Consumable Transactions

Feature description
With iOS 18, finished consumable transactions are now included in the transaction history APIs. This issue requires to update the documentation about this change.

Write an article how to support this change in an application using a new property list key, SKIncludeConsumableInAppPurchaseHistory.

@nik3212 ah sorry I didn't reply back I was busy recently. So I looked into this but didn't quite understood what exactly needed to change. Is it only about updating the docs or should we do some actual coding here?
