ci: add `test-hello-world` example to the CI for `win32`

I have an issue with the CI, when it comes to spawn webview2 on win32.

It is an error with Chrome_WidgetWin_0 registration.

I would like to reproduce it with a standalone project and see if it is not a configuration thing with the CI.
