Does this happen with all models? What happens if you reload the IDE?

@jetleebruce thank you for the context. You need to configure your http proxy settings in Cody: Cody › Net › Proxy: Endpoint

This should work. If the VPN or proxy service routes through a cloud-service not supported via CloudFlare, it might get blocked anyway.

It is annoying I can't have an answer it permanently throw Request Failed: read ECONNRESET
I am a user with Pro status and pay $ so why I just can't have a working service?

@jetleebruce You go into the Cody settings (UI) of the extension and at the very bottom you find the entry depicted in the image. There you can input the proxy endpoint you want to reach. Be sure that your proxy is forwarding the messages to sourcegraph.com.
