Description

Prezto throws a bunch of errors upon upon running it for the first time (and every subsequent time) after a fresh installation.

Steps to Reproduce

• Install Windows 10.
• Install Git for Windows, which also installs Git Bash.
• Install Zsh (e.g. extract https://repo.msys2.org/msys/x86_64/zsh-5.8-5-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst and merge into "C:\Program Files\Git")
• Follow the steps in the Prezto readme: https://github.com/sorin-ionescu/prezto/blob/master/README.md
