Doesn't add as a library in Arduino IDE

I'm new to all of this, but this Library doesn't add as easily as all the suggested libraries, I was able to add the DigitalIO and Arduino joystick library this is the only one I can't add. don't have a clue what I'm doing wrong, possibly using the wrong program, but no one program was suggested so I used Arduino IDE, any help would be appreciated.
I keep getting this error for reference,
Error: 13 INTERNAL: Library install failed: moving extracted archive to destination dir: library not valid

It's missing some files that are required by the IDE for it to be called a real "lib".
If you are on windows, go to your user documents folder, then Arduino\libraries
Create a SaturnLib folder and put the two files there. SaturnLib.c and SaturnLib.h`
This should work.

If you are not on windows or can't find this folder it's also possible to use it as:
On the sketch folder, create this dir structure: src\SaturnLib and put the two files there.
On the sketch file change the include to #include "src/SaturnLib/SaturnLib.h"
