Contextual information for samples in the GUI

It would be really useful if pressing Ctrl-i on a built-in sample name brought up info about that sample (including description and duration), like it does for effect names.

I think that there's definitely value in having a contextual info widget which will provide this kind of information. I do think that this perhaps should be separate from the help system though.

This could be implemented by shipping simple HTML from the Ruby server to be displayed in a text widget in the GUI. We'd have to consider how to handle images and other assets though. I think we need to have a more generic asset system for sharing and caching assets - perhaps via a crypto hash ID.
