Allow Conditional Notifications to be sent to the form submitter

As I understand it, at the moment conditional notifications can only be sent to a pre-defined list of email addresses.

It would be great if there could be the option to choose an email field from the form as the recipient OR provide the conditional notification rule logic to the 'Email Field Notification' option.
