Giovani l'Abate pointed us to this terminology repository, which could be relevant to Soilwise
IATE aims to provide an terminology for Europe, it has a set of definitions from various sources, also relevant to soil, such as Soil horizon and the full WRB edition 2015.
IATE seems to have limited connectivity with Gemet and INSPIRE and no sparql endpoint.
