A common challenge in vocabularies which aggregate established vocabularies, is to enter new concepts, which are not (yet) included in the established vocabs.
Once the concept is adopted by an established vocab, the uri of the concept preferably does not change (or is properly forwarded)
Soilwise knowledge graph is typically a vocabulary aggregating service, focussing on concepts derived from soil health documents, but then linking them to established vocabularies such as Gemet, Agrovoc, NALT.
For now we coin a new Soilwise URI for each concept, and then linking it with closematch to the remote term
Glosis-ld has minted many new concepts, in many cases they are sosa-classes, not skos-concepts, let's try to understand the impact of that to this issue
ISRIC provides a set of WRB Fieldguide codelists as part of their ODK Field Survey tool, the set is published in the isric namespace but tries where possible to link to established vocabs (ongoing activity)
